Argus Dump Acquisition Model
I'm building out an office/ industrial model from scratch that feeds off an Argus dump of cash flows. Anyone willing to share examples? I have some dialed-in Multifamily models and I'm happy todo a swap.

Arrayformula with INDEX/ MATCH (Xlookup also possibility, but I've been too lazy to rebuild by old models to incorporate Xlookup), with EXACT / TEXT formulas that look to Argus "dates" in header row (which are exported as text).
SUMPRODUCT could also work if applied correctly.
设置有点烦人,但一旦你做了,你可以literal copy/paste and Argus CF export forgetting about helper formulas and it will pull properly.
Looking for pointers here. How do y'all work around line item naming? Like different firms/models will use different naming conventions for various line items. I've seen it done where you manually code line items or alternatively you justindex match the givenline items and work with the model as is.
Is it typical to try and manually code to get items to match up with your firm's naming or do you just use the cash flows as is and work around it? At some point I realize all you really need from an ARGUS dump is the net cash flow, but sometimes for specific calculations you need a consistent format to properly calculate things. Hence needing certain items in a consistent spot/row in the model.
My firm has a column to the left that lets us "classify" what each line item is, with the naming that we use. This said column is then SUMIFs to another CF tab that is ultimately used to calculate the returns
