WM to AM
Hi everyone, I am joining a topBB(GS/MS/JPM) in theirPBon an WM investing team for UHNW after my internship this semester (had prior internships in WM and decided to pursue that area of finance). I joined my one of universities (target) investment funds and done a lot moreER/AMstyle work and think that might be an interesting path to go on. While I am happy to join an investing team in the WM function of my bank, I was wondering if WM laterals to theAMarms of a bank is something that happens often or would I have to put in a lot of legwork assuming I put in the work to be a top bucket analyst.
