Seeking advice to ace behavioral interviews
Hey, I'm a sophomore at a semi-target, and recruiting forIBSA2023 is around the corner.
Overall, theIBrecruitment process seems to be pretty formulaic. However, I'm having a hard time acing behavioral interviews in my university's orgs but technical interviews have all been great.
Besides the 400 questions interview guide, I'm starting to use the Big Interview platform. Do you have any suggestions on how I can ace behaviorals? I think my biggest problem is thinking on my feet.

Make a long word page ofall behavioral questionsand write down your answers. From Tell me about yourself to What are your strengths etc. Don't memorize them up memorize the specific points you want to hit on on each question. If you memorize it will sound weird.
