Options for George Washington University business student who interned at a public REIT.
I'm looking to get into Real EstateIB, and I've had two summer internships, both at the same publicly-tradedREIT. I've applied to over two dozen finance and real estate relatedsummer analystpositions for 2022, but besides a couple of one-way virtual interviews and a phone call with a VP, I haven't heard back from anybody. Does anyone have any banks/brokerage recommendations for someone who attends a nontarget school like myself or do?

Thank you for the suggestion. I've been going through employees at the firms I'm applying to on LinkedIn and have been reaching out to those who work in the same group I'm applying to. Do you have any other suggestions regarding networking?
That's good. Not sure if you do this, but after 3/4 days send a follow-up email, if they don't respond, then leave it. Also your email format is important to, make sure its somewhat personalized and not just a generic thing
