LEK vs S& vs Deloitte S&A
Fortunate enough to have offers from all three. All in the same city. How do they differ in terms of prestige/exit ops/mbaplacement. Also where is the culture and work most interesting.

Personally haven't interned at any of those places so it's what I've heard from friends. From what I've been told, the culture at S& is actually pretty good and the bad culture thing is old. (this was in纽约might be different for other offices idk). Pay is also better,大约MBBlevel. It also seems like they have stronger exits overall.

I've heard bad things second hand from friends at S& rn and they have ventured into some staff aug type projects especially during covid (I've heard of consultants doing manual loan processing and whatnot) so just make sure you are in a good group if you are going that route.

From my experience I have enjoyed interacting with LEK people the most. They're usually pretty chill, laid back, ready to have a good time. I also found them the sharpest of the three companies. Deloitte isn't really as prestigious and S& is lackluster. I'd say LEK is definitely your best bet and they're pretty well regarded inPE如果那是您的兴趣。

S& > LEK >>>> Deloitte imo. Can't go wrong with the first two - but Deloitte has just devolved into this underpaid mess ever since they got rid of the S&O function.
