Currently interviewing here and was wondering what compensation progressions looks like. I understand traders comp varies but what about beforetrading? It seems like people are oil risk managers, oil analytics, etc before eventually becoming traders (if at all). How long are people in these positions and how does compensation look like (inNYCfor oil)?
