财务状况 - 从这里去哪里？
Hi all,
Hope all is well! I wanted to reach out to get you perspective on where to go from here - I'm currently 21 about to work in关于PE今年和have a net worthof ~170k. I started a side hustle (reselling) over my time in high school and college which has done me well. Last year I bought my first real estate asset all cash with a partner which is about to stabilize. I have some money spread across stocks, high interestbonds，加密，甚至做一个小VC在vestment.
As I start my career with no student debt, thankfully, I wonder how can I continue to grow my portfolios more efficiently. Should I focus on RE since I will be in the industry, should I still work on my side hustle, any advice helps!
