交流学期的帮助
Hello people,I would like to get an advice.
As I am planning an exchange semester abroad for the upcoming fall semester, I need to pick-up courses which I will take there. My own university allows to transfer credits but the grades will be transferred as either pass or fail. The grades such as, "A" or "B" will only be written in the transcript but as I said it will be mentioned that they are pass/fail alongside the letter grade.

My concerns are the following, while applying to masters, will my transcript of having 3 finance courses at the same time with pass/fail grade, create an issue for me? Additionally, would taking course like corporate finance as well as its usually prerequisite course (principles of finance) at the same time create problems?

It won't matter for your masters that you took these pass/fail. Also, the degree granting institution probably won't show the grade. The grade is likely only shown on the transcript from the other exchange school.

但是，我同时参加这三门课程呢？就像我会接受corporate financeand the principles of finance (basic finance) at the same time. However, in normal case I should first take principles of finance and then corporate finance.
These courses aren't that hard. It's not like the Math progression of Calculus 1, 2, 3. You should be fine taking them at the same time.

Yeah, I dont mind taking them at the same time. I mind whether people in admission committee will look at my transcript and perceive it strangely.
It won't seem strange - they won't even notice.
