The Collegiate Real Estate Network (CREN) is a national, student-led organization that seeks to help undergraduates break into the克雷industry.
Our mission is to cultivate the most competent candidates for commercial real estate opportunities through involvement in undergraduate real estate organizations and our national academic and professional network, where competence = demonstrated interest + technical ability + relationships.

Additionally, to help students who have had their summer internships interrupted due to 'rona, we are launching a free (and optional REFAI extension) real estate finance summer supplement series starting June 1, 2020. The free program will last 5 weeks with a 4-week extension available to anyone who elects to enroll in the REFAI Certification program. The summer series is open to any college student. The program will include a detailed schedule (released at a later date) covering real estate finance fundamentals, excel modeling, the property types, leases, investment strategies, REPE,关于ITs,克雷lending, and more.

The program will feature video conference calls for participants to discuss learning concepts with one another as well as webinars featuring guest speakers from across the industry to discuss the covered topics in depth.
