The problem is that there is no standardization for these group names. The lines between commercial real estate "investment banking" groups and "investment properties" and "capital markets" are always blurred. For example, JLL's Investment Banking group are just glorified investment sales brokers - they are not handling M&A's orIPO为了REIT或其他相关公司。
