Does anyone have any information at all about the GLDP program that BMW Group offers? Its an 18 month rotational program with 3 months spent in Munich, 3 months in another foreign office, and 12 months rotating through different BMW groups. During the program you rotate through various groups ranging from sales to marketing to operations. There doesn't seem to be much information available on it and I'm trying to get a feel for it.
