I've done both. It sounds like you've accurately outlined the work/life/pay tradeoffs for both opps, so no one can make the choice but you. One (minor) consideration is that if your next role is outside of the M&A/PEworld, the Big 4 name may actually carry more weight.
You can easily lateral from one to the other if whatever you choose ultimately isn't what you want.

Having done both, can you comment on the key similarities and differences between the two? Is the 'learning experience' markedly better inIB或者is the difference purely hours?
No two groups or geographies are the same, but generally speaking:
-IB will work on larger deals with better deal flow; more deals usually means more development, but if your CF group is active, you'll learn just as much as the毫米will teach you
-Big4 CF将处理更多跨境交易；毫米will be focused domestically

One of the reasons i'm considering the B4 offer is the ease at which you can move internationally. Are B4 hours across the pond really much worse? Seems here in the UK B4 hours are really quite manageable, time for gym, sports in the week etc. whilst over there it seems similar hours toIBand henceIB会更有意义吗？
