If you are investing for your personal account, NAREIT publishes a房地产magazine but it is more about events than analysis. There are free resources about real estate news that you could go through to get read-throughs on a particular property type's operating environment and apply that to a company (ex: lots of nonessential retailers aren't paying rent, how does that affect SITC vs VER). Those would be your regular real estate news sites like Bisnow, GlobeSt, etc.
