Wharton vs. Georgetown
Hey everyone! I'm an incoming first year student. I was going to Wharton but recently decided that I'm going to attend Georgetown instead and pursue the Business & Global Affairs major between the SFS and MSB.
My goals are to work abroad for my career, likely in Europe or the Middle East. My parents work inPE/foreign service so I'm used to moving around and love experiencing new cultures. Ideally I would work inVC在国际上的某个地方 - 对乔治敦真的很感兴趣VCprogram.
要是爱学习外交政策和思考Georgetown gives a better balance of people interested in finance and foreign policy. Looking for a more intellectual college experience rather than just finance/accounting.
True, Wharton is the preeminent institution for business but I don't have to work atBxPEstraight out of undergrad. Want a solid finance job but also other unique experiences.
Also thinking about doing a Fulbright or something before anIB如果可能的话，分析师演出。

Georgetown's easily a top 10 school for foreign service, and it's really easy to get internships on capitol hill during the school year

Thank you all for sharing your insights! I think I'm going to go with my gut and go with Georgetown. Seems like I'll have the same opportunities and will be a better fit given my interests.
Georgetown. You won't have to deal with people thinking you go to Penn State
