我去过CRE几年了，并获得了进入前三家商店的提议（JLL，CB，C＆W）。我们在一个非常受欢迎的二级市场(think Austin, Dallas, Denver type MSA). My would be senior isn't a top producer and isn't on the "A team" of their asset class. My question is:Would it be worth it to get the brand name/ get into a top 3 firm and ride it out till I can start my own team? Im at a boutique shop now where I get along well with my team and we produce well for a small shop, but my goal (atm) is to go to a global firm eventually. Thoughts? Thanks in advance.
