面试后过于激进？
Just wondering what your guys' experiences has been after interviews. Are you more successful in getting offers when you keep in touch with the interviewer throughout the process afterwards or kind of just forget about them. This doesn't have to be ibanking as well.
Also how does I have an offer that will expire in a week affect the decision. I know that in banking, ppl want you more, but what about in other companies? If they haven't interviewed everyone yet, wouldn't you have to really shine to get the offer.

Most of the work you can do to help yourself is being proactive and developing a relationship BEFORE the interview. Afterward, just send a thank you (some places do keep track of who does) and sit back and wait. You may follow up politely once if the deadline they gave you passes.
Could you go a bit more in depth on what you mean by building a relationship before? Do you mean building connections within the company you can bring up during the interview or more like seeking out probable interviewers.
