Bonuses for Class of 2007
Just saw an article on dealbreaker that bonuses will be more stock options and less cash this year. Any validity to this? What are your thoughts? How low do you think the cash portion will go?

Im not an analyst yet, nor do i need cash atm, but options might end up being pretty valuable continuing the stocks are very beat up right now.
On another note, I think that if you accept a job with a firm they should give you a few shares as a token.
pretty sure it's a joke
That is only for senior bankers. Analysts and associates will still get practically all of their comp in cash.
Stock bonuses only kick in at high comp levels.
Analysts get all cash comp - since it's not career track Associates range from 5-15% with vesting dependent on the firm
