Interview

I applied online and was called 3 weeks later and asked to come down for an interview a few weeks after the phone call took place. The interview consisted of five members of the company, two from Director level engineering positions, one from Human Resources, one who had been in the role I was interviewing for for two years, and a mid level engineer. The interview process was scheduled to be 8 hours long, in two four hour sessions with lunch. They told us 300 people had applied to the position, 10 of us were chosen to be interviewed and that 5 of us would be chosen. We met individually with each member for one hour interview sessions, except for the guy who was in my current position and the mid level engineer both interviewed me together. Between sessions all of us candidates were free to chat in the lounge and were given food.
