Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I spoke to a recruiter from Carlyle and it was a basic screening interview. She seemed pretty disinterested and wasn’t able to answer most of my questions regarding the position. During the interview, she mentioned that they already had two final candidates so it felt like a waste of my time.
