Applied to BCG post MBA. Received generic email response and test links in email. One online test was behavioral, the other was a case led by their internal software. Then was assigned to one of top choices for regional offices and connected with the local recruiter about a month after taking the online test. After that two rounds of 1 on 1 interviews with senior members that included typical behavioral questions such as why BCG, why specific region, leadership examples, etc. and cases. One case was on operations of a mining company, another was a market entry for a fintech company. Overall positive experience, however operations case did throw me off. One of the interviewers provided helpful feedback post interview.
