Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First round interview consisted of a 15 minute phone screen that was entirely behaviorals. Superday consisted of 3 back to back interviews, first two with two analysts, last with VP. I was asked a mixture of brainteasers, statistics, mathematics, computer science, and economics questions. Questions were not conceptually that difficult but required strong critical thinking.
