Generalist Summer Analyst

The analyst called me from his desk at work on a Thursday afternoon and we had a casual conversation for more than forty minutes all about my views on work, the industry, and why I wanted to work there. Very unconventional interview, but extremely engaging and philosophical. This isn't the kind of interview you do well in by prepping, they don't care if you prepped. Go into it and just be yourself.
