Please describe the interview / hiring process.
In my first round interview, I spoke with 2 members of the team about my work experience and resume. Most of the questions were phrased in a "tell me about a time where..." type of format.
最后一轮由两个interviews with more experienced members of the team (10 years and 20 years of experience). They also focused primarily on my previous experience and asking about my approach when leading/working in a group setting.
