My friend in college had previously talked in the group chat about this girl in his Stats class that had asked a question or something about her calculator and was embarrassed and he fixed it for her. Said she was really cute and that he was gonna ask her out but was nervous.

He's a better man than I was at the time so was and still am happy for them.

This hotel also included a full breakfast for all guests and I counted my friend as a guest so we both ate breakfast like kings. They had scrambled eggs, biscuits, potatoes, sausage links, bacon, waffles, strawberries, pancakes - a real fine breakfast. It was honestly one of the happiest moments of my life. I had to go at 9am or so but he had two hours to checkout and he was just so happy to have a nice place to chill for 2 hours and watch TV.

Yeah honestly not only does teaching pay terribly, it's not as easy or fun of a job as people make it out to be
